VOICES OF ADVOCACY RAISED IN
Common Cause
For 20 years the California Chronic Care Coalition (CCCC) has raised the voices of advocacy, speaking out to improve healthcare for Californians with chronic and rare diseases. We invite you to speak out about your or a loved one’s health or experience with the healthcare delivery system. You can do that on our website or by visiting MyPatientRights.org.
Don’t forget to join our mailing list to learn when a call to a legislator would help or when there is a new blog post to read. Non-profit (501 (c) 3) health advocacy organizations and provider associations can join the CCCC. For more information about joining our growing list of members, please contact us. Help us guide improvements and positive change in the healthcare delivery system.
Speak out and get involved. Be the Advocate!
