Stars of Advocacy

The California Chronic Care Coalition (CCCC) is proud to host Stars of Advocacy Gala, awards ceremony honoring advocates for their leadership in the health and wellness space. CCCC is also celebrating our 20th anniversary and the Gala will serve as an opportunity to celebrate!

The work of our Stars often includes outreach into and advocacy for some of California’s most under-served, ethnically diverse communities. Others bravely share their personal stories as they maneuver through the healthcare system. These individuals have demonstrated their commitment by serving, educating, and empowering others. We hope you’ll help us continue this legacy of educating about health issues and the health care experience by providing a gift for our silent auction, sponsoring the event and attending.
